KINGS ASSIGN PAPAGIANNIS TO RENO BIGHORNS

 The Sacramento Kings announced the team has assigned center Georgios Papagiannis from the Reno Bighorns of the NBA Development League.

Papagiannis most recently tallied 19 points (8-17 FG, 3-3 FT), six rebounds and one assist in Wednesday’s matinee game against the Windy City Bulls. The 7-2 center has accrued averages of 13.2 points (.516 FG%, .600 3pt%, .719 FT%), 8.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks in 31.2 minutes per game in 20 appearances for the Bighorns (17 starts), ranking 15th in the NBDL in points, 13th in rebounding and fourth in blocked shots.

He is expected to be in uniform for the Bighorns tonight against Raptors 905 at Golden 1 Center.
